Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE BILL NO. 303 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 303 "An Act relating to voter eligibility, voter registration, and voter registration agencies; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" Senator Taylor moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
